"Real Estate is the Cheat Code to Wealth"

It’s no secret that investing in real estate is a must when it comes to anyone looking to build generational wealth. This is an interesting side of the Real Estate business, and one that I look forward to working with.

I scour the MLS and off-market sources daily for properties that have potential to be either a lucrative flip or rental property. I then immediately send them out to the appropriate list and help my investors accordingly. We can schedule a showing or, if you’re tied up for any reason, I can go and take pictures and video of the property for you.

I will then run reports to help determine your ROI and other factors important to investing, ultimately backing into what we agree would be the appropriate purchase price as an investment property.

Once you purchase the property, I am a phone call or text message away with any questions or referrals you may need for your rehab of the investment. When you’re finished, I am there to either list it and find you tenants or list it and find you buyers.
